Dear Friends,
When I took over as President of The Nanny Network, I had experience in the business world but more importantly, I had experience as a working mom. As a result, I had a sincere interest in helping other busy parents find quality childcare, a challenge that I knew firsthand. The stress of leaving your child(ren) at home in someone else's care can be overwhelming and finding someone who you can trust sometimes seems like an impossible task.
I am happy to say I have employed wonderful nannies (found through The Nanny Network, of course!) that have provided excellent care for my own two children. Furthermore, The Nanny Network has successfully matched hundreds of nannies with families in the Baltimore area throughout the years who can testify to the high quality of our work.
Finding the right nanny for your family is a critical and time-consuming task. Our goal is to save you valuable time by sending you pre-screened candidates who are experienced in child care and meet the needs of your family. By the time a candidate is first presented for your review, you can rest assured we have already met and conducted an in-depth interview with her and verified her references (which are made available to you). We will also provide you with valuable materials, resources and counseling to help you in establishing a long-lasting, happy working relationship with your nanny. Last but not least, we will educate you about the responsibilities (i.e., legal, financial) you have as a household employer.

Dulany Dent is the President of The Nanny Network and has owned the company since 2006. Previously, Dulany worked in the investment management and recruiting industries while always supporting women in business. As the owner/operator of The Nanny Network, Dulany has been able to draw on her previous work and parenting experience while helping women and parents alike find quality child care. Dulany holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Colgate University and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
