Co-founded by Paula Henry in 1995, The Nanny Network is an independent nanny placement service in Baltimore, Maryland. The company has a long, successful track record matching experienced nannies with families and is proud of its long-standing relationships within the community. With varied experience in recruiting, management, business, and parenting, The Nanny Network, LLC is owned and operated by Dulany Dent who understands firsthand client challenges in finding quality care. Ms. Dent is committed to providing the highest level of customer service and to facilitating the nanny search process with the least amount of work required by the family.

Our hours are Monday through Thursday from 9am to 4pm. We are occasionally available for evening and weekend appointments. If you have questions or would like to schedule an appointment, please call us.
